Spring Dry Floor Sessions

High-intensity, athlete-driven sessions designed to keep your child active, confident, and improving throughout the spring season. Each 1-hour session focuses on cardiovascular fitness, explosive movement, and hockey stickhandling/shooting, while also teaching simple drills athletes can continue at home in the driveway, backyard, or at the park all summer long.

This program is built for hockey players who are motivated, coachable, and ready to push beyond their previous season.
